- Listing, transaction, or payment reference if you have one.
- Photos, screenshots, or a short description of what happened.
- Whether pickup has happened and whether a QR handoff was completed.
Payment Or Payout Issue
Email support@mintd.app. Do not send card numbers or bank details to Mintd. Payment details are handled by Stripe.
Dispute Or Safety Issue
Use the in-app transaction/dispute tools where available, then email support if the issue is urgent. For immediate personal safety concerns, contact local emergency services.
Privacy Or Security
For privacy requests, email privacy@mintd.app. For suspected account compromise or a security issue, email security@mintd.app.
